Exchange is $165
I accept cash, checks, Venmo and PayPal. HSA/FSA cards can be used (there is a 3% fee for all card transactions).
I do not bill health insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits (check with your insurance company), I can provide a receipt/superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.
