I accept cash, Venmo, checks, HSA/FSA cards, and credit /debit cards (there is a 2.75% fee for all card transactions). 

 

I do not bill health insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits (check with your insurance company), I can provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.
